It’s a cause for cheer whenever Taiwan folk/rock singer Cheer Chen comes up with a new album. The talented musician has come a long way, from the college girl hawking homemade demo tapes at a music festival, to now being the first female singer-songwriter from Taiwan to grace the stage of the Taipei Arena with her January 2009 concerts. Her latest album is also ready for release at around the same time. After the unorthodox outdoor recording session for her 2007 single Pussy, Cheer again shunned the studio for another production experiment, this time recording inside the wardrobe at her home! :

Edric cowok ganteng dan lucu berteman dengan orang-orang yang konyol, sampai maminya (Mer) mengira ia gay. Edric akhirnya mengaku kalau ia sudah punya pacar.

Atas ide temannya ia mengambil gambar foto cewek dari majalah untuk dilihatkan ke Mer. Mer bangga karena pacar anaknya seorang foto model. Mer minta diperkenalkan.

Sarifah seorang foto model sudah dijodohkan dengan Dauz Costner oleh papinya (Robby), tapi ia nggak setuju karena Dauz sudah punya istri. Tanpa sengaja Edric bertemu degan Sarifah dijalan sampai akhirnya mereka berteman. Beberepa kejadian membuat Mer salah sangka.

Mer berusaha mencari tahu Sarifah, sampai ia mendatangi rumahnya yang akhirnya bertemu dengan Robby musuhnya sejak dari SMA. Mereka berdua tidak sudi klo anaknya menikah.

Film best friend bergenre drama yang disutradarai oleh Fajar Bgt. Dia pernah lama menjadi asisten sutradara Hanung Bramantyo yang sekarang menjadi sutradara. Cerita dari film best friend ini yaitu :

Tania, bersekolah di salah satu SMP Favorit di Jakarta, menjadi kesayangan guru-guru karena kepintarannya, namun teman-temannya enggan bergaul dengannya yang dianggap terlalu serius. Buat Tania, yang penting belajar demi cita-citanya kelak. Her life seems pretty fine.

Sampai suatu hari, sekolah Tania menerima murid baru di kelas Tania bernama Moli. Kehidupan Moli benar-benar berbanding terbalik dengan Tania. Kehadiran Moli cenderung tidak diterima oleh murid-murid lain. Bahkan oleh gank paling gaul di sekolah itu, karena dimata mereka Moli terlalu ekstrem dalam bersikap. Tak ada yang ingin masuk ke dalam dunia Moli… kecuali Tania..

Melihat hidup Moli, Tania tiba-tiba merasa betapa membosankan hidupnya sendiri. Dia mulai melakukan hal-hal yang Moli lakukan. Bersama Moli, Tania memasuki sebuah dunia yang tidak pernah ia ketahui sebelumnya. Kebut-kebutan dengan mobil, clubbing, rokok, alkohol, hingga seks.
